Frontier Energy Ltd (Superior Lake Resources Ltd)
Frontier is acquiring a 100% interest in Bristol Springs Solar Pty Ltd, which is developing a 105MW solar farm located southeast of Perth in Western Australia. The Acquisition is the first step towards the Company’s move into the green energy sector.
Lotus Resources Ltd
Lotus Resources Limited (LOT:ASX) is a minerals exploration and development company. The Company recently acquired a 65% interest in the Kayelekera Uranium Project in Malawi. Kayelekera hosts a high-grade resource (37.5M lbs), demonstrates excellent metallurgical recoveries (87.5%) having historically produced over 10.9MIb of uranium between 2009 and 2014.
Cradle Resources Ltd
Cradle Resources owns 50% of the world class niobium deposit "Panda Hill" in Tanzania. The niobium market is tightly controlled by 3 large producers. Cradle's holding of Panda Hill sets it on track to be the first new niobium producer in 40 years. The demand for niobium remains high due to its use in the production of quality steel.
Metallum Resources Inc.
Metallum Resources Inc. is a TSXV listed company and owns a 100% interest in the Superior Lake Zinc Project in Ontario, Canada. The project ranks as one of the highest-grade zinc development assets globally.
Grant Davey - Founder and Owner
Grant Davey is an entrepreneur with 30 years of senior management and operational experience in the development, construction and operation of precious metals, base metals, uranium and bulk commodities throughout the world.
More recently, he has been involved in venture capital investments in several exploration and mining projects and has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of the Honeymoon uranium mine in South Australia, the Panda Hill niobium project in Tanzania, the Superior Lake zinc project in Ontario, the Cape Ray gold project in Newfoundland and recently the acquisition of the Kaylekera Uranium mine in Malawi from Paladin.
Grant is currently a Company Director for Cradle Resources Limited (CXX), Superior Lake Resources (SUP), Lotus Resources (LOT) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Keith Bowes - Technical Director
Mr Bowes is a process engineer with over 20 years’ experience in metallurgy, project management and operations. He has worked in Africa, South America and Australia for major mining houses on projects and plants covering a wide range of commodities and processes.
He led the study team involved in the development of the world class Panda Hill Niobium Project located in Tanzania and is currently involved in a number of new development including; uranium in South Australia, graphite in Africa and base metal and gold projects in North America and Africa.
Mr Bowes has been involved in a number of new technology developments and has successfully incorporated these into the projects and operating plants in which he has been involved.
Alfred J. Gillman - Geology Director
Mr Gillman has a BSc (Honours) from the University of Western Australia, and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM)Chartered Professional (Geology). He has a successful ,+35 years,track record in senior management and Board roles across gold, base metals, uranium and industrial mineral exploration. He was the Group Exploration Manager of the major gold mining company, Harmony Gold where he led the development of several major gold projects in Australia and Papua New Guinea. More recently, he has consulted to the resources industry through his wholly owned business Odessa Resources Pty Ltd and as gained extensive experience in the United States, Africa, Turkey, Central Asia, South America, Indonesia, China and Russia.
Chris Knee - CFO
Chris is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 years’ experience in a multinational accounting firm and senior finance roles across the resources industry with projects in Africa, Canada and Central Asia. He has a range of experience across a variety of disciplines including joint venture agreements, conducting due diligence, complex international tax structuring, financing transactions, accounting and compliance. Chris currently provides CFO services to companies Matador Capital has a significant investment in, as well as being the current CFO of Graphex Mining and the former CFO of Manas Resources Limited.
Adam Kiley - Corporate Development Executive
Mr Adam Kiley has over 15 years’ experience in the mining sector with a depth of experience in providing corporate and financial advisory services to ASX listed companies in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.
Stuart McKenzie LLB, BEc. (Hons.), AGIA, ACIS - Company Secretary
Mr McKenzie has over 25 years of experience in senior commercial roles. He was previously Company Secretary with Anvil Mining Limited for six years, prior to which he held senior positions with Ok Tedi Mining Limited, Ernst and Young and HSBC.
