Grant Davey
Founder and Owner
Mr Davey is an entrepreneur with 30 years of senior management and operational experience in the development, construction and operation of global Mining & Energy projects.
He is the Chairman of Frontier Energy Limited (ASX: FHE), Director of Lotus Resources Limited (ASX: LOT) and Cradle Resources Limited (ASX: CXX) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Phil Hoskins
Corporate Development Manager
Mr Hoskins is an experienced ASX mining executive having been involved in the exploration, development and operations of various resources projects over the last 15 years as either MD or CFO. Most recently, Mr Hoskins was the MD of Evolution Energy Minerals Limited, responsible for the development of the Chilalo Graphite Project in Tanzania from greenfields exploration to the completion of feasibility studies, permitting and financing.
Mr Hoskins has extensive financial and commercial experience in equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance strategy, joint ventures, offtake negotiations, sovereign government negotiations, corporate governance and extensive cross-border experience with China in particular. Mr Hoskins has experience in graphite, nickel and gold (exploration/development) and operational experience in iron ore and copper.
Mr Hoskins commenced his career at a large international accounting firm and prior to working in the mining industry, spent 6 years in finance roles in the property development sector across Australia and the UK. Phil has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and is a Chartered Accountant.
Harry Mustard
Geology Director
Mr Harry Mustard is a geologist with 40 years’ experience in mineral exploration and mining including 25 years in senior management positions working on gold, base metal, nickel, coal and uranium projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Southeast Asia, China, Mongolia, Africa and USA.
Mr Mustard, holds a BSc (Hons) in geology from James Cook University, Townsville and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG). He has experience in management of all facets of exploration including regional grass roots exploration programs, prospect and mine evaluation, establishment of sampling QA/QC protocols, resource/reserve definition, feasibility studies, grade control and mine production reconciliation. Mr Mustard is also the Country Manager for Lotus Resources Letlhakane Uranium Project in Botswana.
Adam Kiley
Chief Executive Officer – Frontier Energy
Mr Kiley is an accomplished resources executive, with over 18 years’ experience in the mining and energy sectors. Mr. Kiley brings significant experience in a variety of fields, including equity capital markets, debt advisory, project development studies as well as project evaluation having previously held a number of senior executive positions. Mr. Kiley is also a Non-Executive Director of Copper Strike Limited (CSE.ASX).
Chris Bath
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Bath is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with over 20 years of senior management experience in the energy and resources sector both in Australia and south-east Asia. Mr Bath has broad experience including financial reporting, commercial management, project acquisition, ASX compliance and governance.
Mr Bath is Executive Director of Frontier Energy Limited, Executive Director of Earths Energy Limited and Company Secretary of Copper Strike Limited.
Stuart McKenzie
Company Secretary
Stuart has over 30 years of experience in senior commercial roles. He has been company secretary with a number of resources companies including Anvil Mining Limited, Lotus Resources Limited, Wia Gold Limited, Evolution Energy Minerals Limited and Ok Tedi Mining Limited. He has also held senior positions with Ernst and Young and HSBC. Mr McKenzie has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics.
Amy Sullivan
ESG Manager
Ms Sullivan has almost 20 years’ experience in the mining industry across Australia, holding executive roles in approvals, environment, community and government relations. Whilst working with VHM Limited, Amy led the Approvals and Growth Team for the Goschen Rare Earths and Mineral Sands Project and played a key role in establishing relationships with government, local councils, and the community, as well as managing the State and Commonwealth approvals strategy, including obtaining Major Project Status. More recently, she has practiced as a Sustainability and ESG Consultant working with companies to implement ESG and sustainability strategies. Ms Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Environmental Management with Honours from the University of Notre Dame.
Warren King
Chief Operating Officer – Frontier Energy
Warren King is an engineer with 25 years of experience, specialising in the client-side project management of the engineering, design, procurement and construction of mineral processing plants and mine infrastructure (including various gas power solutions and solar). He has worked in African, Indonesia and Australia and holds both a Bachelor of Engineering (mechanical) and a Bachelor of Laws degree. He has implemented and managed various project execution models (such as EPC, EPCM, and EP with owner managed construction).
Martin Stulpner
Corporate Development Manager
Martin Stulpner, CFA, MAICD has over 20 years’ experience in the mining and financial services industries, including in corporate development, M&A, strategic planning, and equity research (sell side).
Martin’s previous senior leadership positions include GM at Aquila Resources, where Martin had accountability for Aquila’s stake in the West Pilbara Iron Ore Project (now under construction as the $3bn Onslow Iron Project), and for Aquila’s South African business.
As Director at Macquarie, Martin provided equity research of Western Australian metals and mining companies to institutional investors in Australia and globally.
At Anglo American Ferrous Metals (FTSE 100), as VP of Strategy, Martin developed and led a global strategic planning team to facilitate informed strategic decision making by the Executive.
